Middle America Babylon

Searching out the ironic and absurd in the industrial underbelly of middle America.

Middle America Babylon is about the things I encounter in the Midwest during my travels as a network engineer for the monolithic Strong Tool Company. You might expect to find some strange things in urban America, especially in the larger cities on the coasts. The places I tend to visit, though, are the smaller industrial centers of Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Indiana. Certainly not the glamour spots, but they do sometimes provide entertainment.
