Cycler is a background flipper, or wallpaper changer, for Windows. Each time it runs it will go through the bitmaps in your Windows folder and change your background to the next one it finds. When it's gone through all of them it will cycle back to the next one. It will NOT hog memory, connect to the internet, sit in the system tray or otherwise be a pain in the rear. You can run it whenever you like, including scheduling timed runs through the Windows scheduler, but by default it will install in the startup folder so it changes the background each time you start Windows.

The cycler program is designed to be as small, fast and efficient as possible. It runs, changes the background, then exits. There is no GUI interface, just a Windows program that does it's job then unloads itself. You can put a shortcut to it wherever you like, then click on the shortcut to change the background. You can use the Windows scheduler to run it at whatever interval you choose. You can just leave it in startup and have it work when you boot the computer. In any case it is a simple and fast application that avoids the bloat and malware syndrome of most free wallpaper changers.
